Halloween games | Halloween
After last nights
party which contained different Halloween games, instead of writing about the
party, I thought I would write about different Halloween games. Some we did at
the party and others I just enjoy.
Donut limbo:
My family loves this
game. It consists of putting a line of mini donuts onto a piece of string and
either tying it between two posts allowing people to limbo under or have
someone holding it either side. One person must limbo under the donuts and bite
off one of the donuts without it falling on the floor. Its harder then it
sounds and is hysterical to watch. Good for those families who are competitive.
Apple bobbing:
A classic Halloween
favourite and party favourite. At the party last night its surprising how many
of the boys were scared to do it in case it ruined their hair whereas the girls
who had a full face of makeup were happy to do it and may I add, better then
some of the boys. One point to the girls!
Quidditch beer ping-pong:
Maybe its not
considered a Halloween game but we played it anyway. It’s like normal beer pong
but you have to get the ball through a quidditch ring as well as in a cup. It
makes the game much longer but great for Harry Potter themed parties. It makes
you feel so skilled when you manage to do it.
Dress the mummy:
A simple game that
just requires lots of toilet paper. It helps if you chose the smallest person
in the group. The game can be played in two different ways. You either keep
going until one person is totally covered/you run out of paper and that team
wins or instead you give a set time and the most covered or creative team wins.
The worst part of the game is that the toilet paper either breaks straight away
or you think its going well and then it breaks and all the paper falls down. So
irritating!
Cluedo themed:
The party I went to
was based on finding out who killed his mother. All the guests were split into
two teams and whichever team won the mini game got a clue leading towards
finding out who the murderer was. For a friendship group that is competitive it
didn’t take long till people were trying to cheat and we were all ganging up on
each other. It’s defiantly a theme that works best for Halloween.
Any other Halloween game
suggestions?
